The Design
The JASMIINA dress & CALENDULA shirt are my designs from the from the inaugural issue of TAUKO magazine. They are both based on the same flared bodice pattern and feature puffed statement sleeves that make you feel like a princess!
The CALENDULA shirt has 3⁄4 sleeves and the hem is cropped at the waist, curving longer in the back. The JASMIINA dress is knee-length and it comes with full-length sleeves and the same curvy hemline as the shirt. You can swap the sleeves between the two designs.
Fabric
The samples are made in linen. Other good options are lightweight wool, linen, lightweight denim, and cotton such as chambray, lawn, and poplin. Experimenting with different materials will give the sleeves a slightly different look, but keep in mind that the gathering on the sleeve will create bulk. Therefore, it’s better to use lightweight or medium weight woven materials.

Sizing
The pattern has been graded by TAUKO’s team into 9 sizes that go from 31″/78cm bust to 57.5″/146cm bust. See the picture with the finished garment measurements. Choose your size based on your bust circumference. Add a recommended positive ease of 2–4.7″/5–12 cm.
The pattern comes with seam allowance already added.

You get a printable PDF pattern in A4 (48 pages) & A0 (3 pages) formats, along with sewing instructions.
